11/11/23 – Florida state posters are no longer being done as two modules. Florida has removed the need for the discrimination poster deferring to the Federal EEOC notice.
Florida minimum wage has changed effective September 2023. The compliance code is C0923. If your client’s Florida poster doesn’t have this code by November 30th, please order a duplicate on the Poster Issue Resolution Page.
