Update Status
10/26/22 There is a new change to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Notice on the Federal poster. It would appear this is mandatory for employers with 15 or more employees and minor for those with under 15 employees. We will be sending out updated Federal posters to new start orders starting in December and will likely update those employers with fifteen or more employees in November. More on this as we set the plan in stone. For now. any of your Alexes that are in need can download the new notice at www.eeoc.gov
